CRS Report on Obama Administration Lobbying Restrictions

BNA Money & Politics Reports ($)¬†published an article discussing a new report by the Congressional Research Service examining the recent executive branch lobbying restrictions by the Obama Administration and their impact on lobbyists’ relationships with executive branch decision makers.¬† Accordingly to the article, the report discusses various options for clarifying the new restrictions, but does not make any legislative recommendations.
