“Supreme Court Won’t Hear Challenge To Party Spending”

Politico reports on today’s news from the United States Supreme Court.  The Court declined to hear the Republican National Committee’s constitutional challenge to the coordinated expenditure spending limits – the money the national party committee may spend on behalf of its nominees.
