The Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) held over consideration of its Citizens United rulemaking.  The rulemaking was on the schedule for today’s open meeting, but was pulled at the last minute.  It will be interesting to see which regulations will be included in the document and whether it accurately describes the United States Supreme Court’s holding in this landmark decision.

The FEC press release indicates that the rulemaking will be placed on the agenda for the next open meeting scheduled for October 21, 2010.
