Supreme Court May Review FEC Disclosure Requirements

BNA Money & Politics Reports ($) reports that the Supreme Court may have an opportunity to review whether the Federal Election Commission (“FEC”) disclosure requirements applicable to certain political communications are constitutional.  One of the cases, Real Truth About Obama, Inc. v. FEC, has been appealed to the Supreme Court and the parties are waiting to see if the Court grants certiorari.
