Senate Democrats May Bring DISCLOSE Act Up For Another Vote

The Hill reports that Senate Democrats may bring the DISCLOSE Act to the floor for another vote.  Apparently, the legislation will contain only the byzantine reporting requirements that are designed to chill independent political speech.
